• These general terms and conditions apply to all users of the Bed & Breakfast, “B&B Suite No. 3” Kalkhaven 3 4201 BA Gorinchem.
• These general terms and conditions come into effect upon entering into the rental agreement.
• Reservations can only be made by persons who have a permanent residence or residence and are at least 18 years of age or older.
• The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users’ property.
• All risks related to the stay in the B&B are for the account of the users.
• Damage and missing items belonging to the B&B must be reported immediately and reimbursed to the owner.
• The owner may, in violation of these terms and conditions and inappropriate behavior, deny users access with immediate effect, without refund of the accommodation costs.
• The B & B is suitable for 2 – 3 adults, or 2 adults with a child(ren). A double bed and a sofa bed.
• Users of the B&B must adhere to the following house rules.

Reservation and confirmation.

• You can make a reservation request via the website or by telephone at Nell Platen 06-50686894
• The reservation is only final after you receive a personal message from me.

Payments.

• Payment must be made on arrival, in cash or by debit card.
• In the unlikely event of early departure, no refund will be made.

Cancellation.

• Up to 2 weeks before the commencement date, the cancellation is free of charge.
• In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the commencement date, 50% of the amount is due as compensation.
• In case of cancellation within 1 week before the commencement date, 75% of the amount is due as compensation.
• In case of cancellation and no show on the day itself, 100% of the amount is due.
• In those cases you will receive an invoice that you can pay by bank transfer.

Household regulations.

Arrival and departure.

• A valid ID must be presented on arrival.
• Check-in on the day of arrival from 3 pm to 9 pm.
• Check out on the day of departure until 10:30 am.

Breakfast.

• Breakfast is served in the B&B between 8.00 and 10.00. If desired and possible, this can be done in the garden. Times can be deviated from in consultation.

Residence.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., should be prevented as much as possible.
• As a guest you will receive a key to the B&B that must be returned upon departure. Loss of this key is at the expense of the main guest (€ 40,-) and will have to be paid in cash on departure.
